All of my tumblers are handmade at the time of the order. No two tumblers will ever be the same. The above picture is an example of a tumbler I have created in the past. While I strive to get it as close as I can, the handmade process makes it impossible to be exact each time and gives you a unique tumbler of your own.
Once your item has been shipped, I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or errors in delivery. Please contact USPS to file a claim with the provided tracking number.
Please treat this product with care. It is handmade and can be quite fragile. Handwash only!

Do not leave in hot car or sun.
Do not drop.
For white cups or cups with large areas of white, please be aware that epoxy naturally yellows over time. I use a UV resistant epoxy that slows down the process of yellowing. However, this will not stop the yellowing from happening altogether. Keep your cups out of direct sunlight as much as possible.
